Clovis home’s garage damaged in blaze

A southeast Clovis home’s garage was damaged by fire Thursday afternoon, Clovis fire officials said.

The fire on the 3200 block of Ryan Avenue was confined to the garage, said Chad Fitzgerald, a Clovis Fire Department spokesman. The fire was reported about 1:45 p.m.

Damage was estimated at $10,000.

There were no injuries and an investigation was under way, he said.
