I recently had a terrible experience at Banfield Pet Hospital and am urging people not to use this company. Go to a respected veterinarian, like those at Clovis Pet Hospital. Here is my complaint letter to the company which describes what happened to me:

On July 1 I joined an exceptional team of people as the Superintendent of Clovis Unified School District. I have truly enjoyed my first two weeks in Clovis. My initial impressions are that this is a community that does what it says it will do and cares deeply about children.
