Clovis boosts holiday patrol

The Clovis Police Department is adding extra officers to patrol Old Town Clovis, Sierra Vista Mall and commercial areas on Shaw and Herndon avenues through Christmas Eve.

Shoppers are reminded to lock their vehicles, put packages in the trunk, not leave valuables in vehicles and be alert to their surroundings.
