Pablo Rodarte scored in overtime as Madera handed Central Section No. 4-ranked Buchanan its first loss in Tri-River Athletic Conference play, 3-2.
Fernando Sanchez had a three-goal game for the third time this season to lead No. 8 Sunnyside in a 4-0 win against Roosevelt. Sanchez has 23 goals for the season.
Cesar Gonzalez moved his season total to 20 goals after scoring three times in Tranquillity’s 4-2 win against Firebaugh. Tranquillity is No. 3 in Division VI.
