Hwy. 168 crash victim ID’d as Clovis man

A driver killed in a solo vehicle crash Friday on Highway 168 in Clovis has been identified as Felix Franco, 73, of Clovis.

Franco was driving west on Highway 168 just south of the Herndon Avenue ramps when his Chevrolet Silverado pickup swerved and struck the center divider about 12:18 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.

Franco, who was not wearing a seat belt, sustained a fatal head injury, the CHP said.
