Lively Arts Foundation Showcases the TAIKOPROJECT in October

Tradition and culture, incorporating next-generation performers, come to the Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall in on the Clovis North High School campus in the form of the TAIKOPROJECT on October 30th at 7:30 p.m. It is a large ensemble of young premiere drummers dedicated to promoting and preserving the Japanese art of taiko as a dynamic element of Japanese/American culture. This nationally acclaimed, high energy group incorporates innovative concepts, like a touch of modern choreography, to traditional rhythms. Information/tickets: www.livelyarts.org

Note: Lively Arts will offer a demonstration & lecture with the TAIKOPROJECT for valley students on 10/29 from 11 a.m. until Noon at the Shaghoian Concert Hall. Tickets are just $7 per student/chaperone.
