STOP, DROP AND ROLL

Students from the Diamond Learning Center, where Learning is for Everyone, no matter what their abilities or disabilities, paid a recent visit to Clovis Fire Station #4 to learn more about fire safety and prevention. Under the direction of Battalion Chief Marty Kemp, the firefighters demonstrated their firefighting equipment and spoke with the students about the importance of fire safety. The students also had a chance to learn about the importance of smoke detectors, 911, first aid, and to take an up close look at a fire truck and firefighting equipment.
