Eye-Q weekend fills Fresno, Clovis with cyclists, runners
The roads in the Fresno and Clovis area are full of cyclists and runners this weekend.
On Saturday morning riders headed north in the southbound lanes of Highway 168 as part of the festivities on the first day of the second annual Eye-Q California Classic Weekend.
Saturday’s century bike ride, which started in downtown Fresno, included 10 miles along the closed southbound lanes of Highway 168 before heading into the foothills east of Fresno and Clovis.
Today will see the half-marathon run through Fresno Chaffee Zoo and around downtown Fresno, as well as the two-person relay.
