Clovis man held on child porn charges

A 44-year-old Clovis man was arrested Friday on suspicion of possessing child pornography videos, police said.

Paul Anthony Satragni was taken into custody Friday morning at his home across the street from Cedarwood Elementary School. Police said the alleged crimes were not related to the school.

Satragni’s arrest by Clovis police and Homeland Security Investigations was the culmination of an investigation into sexual abuse of children through the Internet, police said.

A search warrant was served at Satragni’s home in January. The investigation revealed that Satragni possessed more than 40 videos depicting children being sexually abused, police said.

Officers are not looking for any more victims.
