Clovis police seek suspected copper wire thief

Clovis police are on the lookout for a suspected copper wire thief who was spotted pulling wire out of a utility pole near Sunnyside Avenue and Tollhouse Road on Monday.

Police identified the suspect as Jack Alford, 48, who is on probation.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police at (559) 324-2800.
