The following places will be closed or not operating Tuesday in observance of New Year’s Day:

Cities of Fresno, Clovis, Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Hanford and Madera

County and federal offices

Counties of Fresno, Kings, Tulare and Madera libraries

Porterville City Library

Tulare City Library

U.S. Postal Service

Banks

Clovis Transit

The following places will be operating on Monday:

Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Madera and Tulare waste collections

Hanford waste collection (half day Monday and closed New Year’s Day)

Porterville Colt (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Tulare Intermodal Express (regular schedule)

Visalia Transit (6 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.)

Kings Area Rural Transit (9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)

Madera Dial-A-Ride (regular schedule)
