Madera man suspected of using social media, phone in attempts to seduce teen girls

Clovis police arrested a 27-year-old Madera County man Tuesday on suspicion of emailing lewd pictures of himself in an attempt to seduce teenage girls.

Brandon Johns is accused of engaging the girls in Facebook conversations and sending them a sexually explicit photo of himself, police said. He also is suspected of phone sex calls to the girls.

Police have identified six victims and believe there could be more in the Clovis and Fresno areas and in Madera County. Police also believe Johns used a different name to trick teenage girls into responding to his calls and messages.
