Girl suspected of selling candy spiked with pot at Clovis North
A 17-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday night for suspicion of selling candy infused with marijuana on the Clovis North High School campus, said Clovis police spokeswoman Janet Stoll-Lee.
The school requested help Tuesday morning and an investigation discovered that the girl had been selling the candy for about a week and a half for $5 to $10 a piece, Stoll-Lee said. Other students determined to be involved to a lesser degree were not arrested but will be dealt with by the school’s administration.
The number of students who bought the candy is unknown, Stoll-Lee said.
