I am the subject named in the the report about Donny Austin on 3/29/2010, On Friday Febuary 3rd in Dept. #3 at 8:30 A.M. The Honorable Judge LeCasci of Madera County Supeior Court has ordered the Assistant District Attorney Bradshaw to produce the dispatch tapes from 3/25/2010 the night of the alledged incicident that I was accused of attempting to run over a deputy.
The sherrif’s Dept. responded to a discovery request(Dated 12/14/2010 requesting the tapes) stating that the tapes are kept on file for 1 year and then they are destroyed, and they are no longer available, this responce was sent to My Layer on 12/09/2011. furthermoore the 1992 Toyota Celica That the officers shot (I owned this Vehicle) was impounded on 3/26/2010 and according to Nick’s towing it was released to their Company and Lien Sold 2 months After the incident. Funny how all this exsculpatory evidence is not available to me (the defendant) and how this evidence is basically made unavailble when the case is still pending.
For the record at the time that the article was printed on March 29th 2010, I did not know Donny Austin. This is in my opinion an obvious cover up on the Sherrif’s Dept. part to hide the fact that they made a mistake when they shot at me ,and my prgnant girlfriend, in my car, in my driveway, under the cover of night, unannounced, as they approached our dwelling in a low ready position, to avoid detection, with their guns drawn, in order to apprehend a suspect that they where led to believe could be found armed and with lookouts in my car in my driveway. The Informant Lied to the Sherriff Office I have transcripts, police reports and a clear conscience of any wrong doing, to support this letter, and the rest of the story if you are interested.
Tomorrows court hearing in case # Mcr 037243 will be very interesting.

My neice was eight years old the first time we saw this and she broke up laughing when the woman says dramatically, explaining ehr relatioship with the original Frakenstein, “He was my, my..boyfriend!”

My name is Josey. I used to do barrel racing but now I do dressage. I have been riding my entire life and love it. I was reading the article for a school project and could relate to it. For my school project we needed to read an article ( I picked Aginst All Odds ), then we needed to come up with a lot of infomation and then write a five paragraph essay. So I started looking and couldn’t find much. I could only fide the Horse&Rider article. I hope you can write some infomation to me. My name is Ellie. I’ve only ridden horses a few times in my life, but I’ve always loved it. I think it’s really cool that you barrel race so well.
I’m doing a school project on you, a five paragraph essay. I can’t find anything except the Horse&Rider article, Against All Odds ( which was super cool ). I need more information, and one of the things that interested me most in it was how much your family is involved in horses. the new Ethiopian cuisine is very excellant, i have been to Lucys Lair several times with family and friends, and every one has said its excellent, no disappointments at all, and the same so far with the new African Cuisine restaurant, since they are related . where i work i took in a business card and posted it, hopeing many people will try it out.
I will be going back several times in a yr.
